Bella Bleu’s is also a full-service caterer for events large or small.  At your facility or ours, Bella’s can make your event special.  Executive Chef Rita Edwards brings over 40 years of catering and food service experience to Bella Bleu’s. Her “ Fresh & Clean ” approach has won fans in Ashland and across  Northeast Ohio.

Chef Michael Daniels started working very young with many travels to Florida, where he learned about fresh seafood and the unique flavors from the grill to the table.

He thanks his parents for the opportunity to cook with farm fresh meats, so many seafood varieties and all the wonderful garden vegetables that make up his unique dishes. Michael enjoyed entertaining and serving his meal creations to family and friends as he perfected his mix of spices and flavors.

Inspiration grew to challenges learning from his favorite Chefs; Julia Childs, Wolfgang Puck, Emeril Lagasse and New Orleans Chef’s Justin Wilson and Chef Jeff Henderson, bringing him the masters touch. Today, Chef Michael creates and designs his “Business of Flavors.” He loves sharing his food so guests can enjoy how he feels, with new and fresh tastes.
